Overview

Every meeting lands on the dashboard, and folders and tags are what keep it findable once there are hundreds. Folders file a meeting under a team, project or client; tags stack on top in colours you choose, and both can be applied from the dashboard or from inside the meeting itself.

Step by step

  1. Open the dashboard, where every meeting lives.
  2. Tap the folder icon on a card to pick an existing folder or create a new one, name it, and tap add.
  3. The folder label then appears on the card, so you can see where a meeting is filed at a glance.
  4. Add tags the same way: type a name, pick a colour, and stack as many as the meeting needs.
  5. Tag from inside a meeting as well as from the dashboard, then filter by folder or tag to find anything.
