5. Explore Your Meeting Summary
Every field the app fills in — action items, conclusion — is editable.
Pro tip
Correct a wrong owner or deadline once and the shared meeting stays correct — you are editing the record, not a local copy.
Overview
The meeting detail page collects action items, summary, conclusion, chapters, transcript and playback in one place — and on iOS all of it is editable. Reassign an owner, change a deadline, add an action item the app missed, or rewrite the conclusion before you paste it into a follow-up email.
Step by step
- Open a processed meeting — action items come first, with the person, the task and the deadline the app picked out.
- Tap edit to reassign the owner, reword the task, change the deadline, or add an action item the app missed, then save.
- Read the summary tab, then the conclusion tab for a single paragraph you can paste into an email — the pencil icon lets you rewrite it.
- Use chapterization to jump straight to a section, or the transcription tab for every word labelled by speaker.
- Share the meeting with your team from the tools at the top, or delete it — the app asks you to confirm first.
Transcript
Let's take a closer look at what happens after Digiotouch processes your meeting. Here on the dashboard, we've got a recorded meeting, "Introduction to Artificial Intelligence". You can see it's been tagged with AI and filed under demo. Let's tap in and see what Digiotouch pulled out of it.
First up, action items. The app automatically figured out who needs to do what. Here, it picked up that Laura needs to send the meeting transcript to all participants, with a deadline of March 12th.
And if the AI didn't get it quite right, no problem. Just tap the edit button. You can update the person assigned, tweak the task description, change the deadline, or even add more action items. Everything is fully editable. So here we've updated it — now it says to send the transcript to meeting participants and waiting list members. Saved.
Next, the summary tab. This gives you a clean overview of everything that was discussed. In this case: the definition of AI, strong versus weak AI, a conversation demo, and practical applications. All pulled from the audio automatically.
There's also a conclusion tab, which wraps everything up in a neat paragraph. Great for dropping into a follow-up email or a report. And just like the action items, you can edit this too. Tap the pencil icon, trim it down, or rewrite it however you like. Hit save and you're good to go.
Now, chapterization. Digiotouch breaks your meeting into chapters automatically, so you can jump straight to the section you care about — things like "AI conversation demonstration with Alice", or "concepts of strong and weak AI". Each one summarized for you.
Then there's the full transcription. Every word labeled by speaker — Lauren, Mike — so you always know who said what. Super handy for longer meetings with multiple people.
And if you want to hear the original recording, just flip to video/audio. Hit play and listen back to the full six minutes anytime.
Finally, you've got your sharing and management tools right at the top. You can share the meeting with your team, or if you need to clean things up, delete it. The app will ask you to confirm, so nothing gets removed by accident.
And that's the full meeting detail page: action items, summary, conclusion, chapters, transcript and playback, all in one place.
