New
- Rebuilt Insights. The Insights page has been rebuilt around what you can act on — how much you're recording, when your meetings cluster through the week, which topics and sources come up most, and who you meet with. Free and paid plans each get a view designed for them, and a clear first-run state explains what you'll see once you have enough meetings to chart.
- Email preferences that follow your account. Choose which Digiotouch AI emails you receive from Settings → Notifications. Unlike the per-machine notification toggles, this choice travels with your account to every device you sign in on.
- Weekly digest. An optional weekly email rounding up your meetings, switched on or off from Settings → Notifications.
- Summary sections you can add back. Which sections a meeting shows is now decided per meeting, and the Add Sections picker genuinely restores one you removed. Sections your plan doesn't include appear as an upgrade row rather than quietly vanishing, so you can see what you're missing instead of wondering where it went.
- Remove a video without losing the meeting. Deleting the video from a meeting now keeps its summary, transcript, and action items intact, and the page switches to its no-video state the moment the delete confirms.

- More complete meeting audio. A fault in system-audio capture was dropping roughly 9% of every meeting. That audio is now recorded in full, which means fewer gaps in transcripts and more accurate summaries.
- Screen recordings capture the whole screen. Recording now defaults to your entire screen, so a colleague sharing their window is actually captured instead of being cropped out of the recording.
- Plan limits explain themselves. When a recording can't be saved because you're out of storage or minutes, the app now says exactly that. Previously it reported an invalid file and offered a manual upload that would have been refused for the same reason.
- A stored meeting reads as stored. A meeting that has been saved but not yet processed is no longer shown as a failure.
- You stay signed in through a network blip. Launching the app offline, or while the server is briefly unreachable, no longer signs you out — your session is kept and your profile is restored from cache. Only the server actually rejecting your credentials ends a session.
- Downloads behave. Downloaded files keep their real format instead of always being named .mp4, a failed download explains what went wrong, and running two downloads at once no longer mixes up their notifications.
- Exports are complete, or say so. A PDF or Word export no longer ships quietly missing a section your plan withholds, and long text now paginates correctly.
- Dates and languages throughout. Meeting dates and PDF footers follow your chosen interface language instead of falling back to US English formatting.
- Accurate plan figures. The storage and quota numbers shown on the subscription page now match what each plan actually provides.
- Sign-out clears more. Signing out now also clears the auto-record and meeting-detection consents on that machine, so the next person to sign in starts from their own choices rather than inheriting yours.

- Four-language interface. Use Digiotouch AI in English, Estonian, French, or Japanese. Switch from the language picker in the top bar — every screen, menu, button, error message, and notification is fully localized. Your meeting content (summaries, transcripts, action items) remains in the meeting's original language.
- Dark mode. A full dark theme designed for low-light work and long meeting reviews. Choose light, dark, or follow-system from Settings → Appearance. The choice persists across launches and applies instantly to the entire app.
- Native desktop notifications. Get a Windows notification when a meeting summary is ready, when a recording finishes uploading, or when something goes wrong. Permission-aware: the app asks once, remembers your answer, and sends you to the right Windows settings page if you ever want to revisit it. Each notification type (summary ready, upload complete, recording failed) can be toggled independently from Settings → Notifications.
- Expanded integrations catalogue. Connect Digiotouch AI to the productivity tools you already use. Communication: Slack, Microsoft Teams. Email: Gmail, Outlook Email. Knowledge & docs: Notion, Confluence, Google Docs. Project management: Jira, Asana, Monday, Trello. Storage: Box, Dropbox, SharePoint. CRM: Pipedrive. More connectors are actively in development; check the Integrations page for updates.
- In-app diagnostic export. Need to send our support team your app version, OS, and environment in a single paste? The About settings tab now has a one-click "Copy diagnostic info" button that bundles everything support needs into your clipboard.
Improved
- Adaptive dashboard. The meeting list grows with the available screen space — zoom out or open a larger window and you'll see more meetings at once instead of empty space below the list.
- Recording detail page. The transcript area grows with the window so longer meetings are easier to read without excessive scrolling. The whole layout now scales gracefully at any zoom level.
- Improved readability across the app. Text contrast has been tightened in both light and dark themes, particularly on the recording detail view (action items, transcript, summary, conclusions). Subtle metadata is more legible without becoming visually heavy.
- Clearer error messages. When something goes wrong — a network blip, an upload failure, a sign-in session expiring — the app now explains what happened in plain language and tells you what to do about it, in your chosen interface language.
- Smoother sign-in flow. Improved handling of OAuth callbacks and session expiry. Logging out now clears every trace of the previous account, including cached recording lists, so the next user on the same device starts with a clean slate.
