About Digiotouch AI

What is Digiotouch AI?

Digiotouch AI is an AI meeting assistant that records your meetings as video and audio, transcribes them in 130+ languages, and turns them into summaries, action items, chapters and decisions. It is multimodal, which means it also reads what is shown on screen, so the slides, dashboards and figures in a meeting end up in the record alongside what was said. It works on any meeting platform and on in-person conversations.

What makes it different from other AI notetakers?

Most notetakers listen. Digiotouch AI watches as well. The visual frames, the raw audio and the transcript are processed together as one input, so when a summary references a chart or a number, it reflects what was actually on the slide rather than what someone said about it. It is also platform neutral (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, any browser call, or a room with no call at all) and it stores your data in the region you choose.

Who is it for?

Sales teams who need client detail to survive the call, managers who need decisions on record, marketers who need the figures from the deck, consultants and researchers who work across languages, and students recording lectures.

Who is behind Digiotouch AI?

Digiotouch is a European deep tech company headquartered in Estonia with operations in France. Digiotouch AI is its meeting intelligence product, built and hosted in Europe.

How much time does it actually save?

Teams typically report getting about five hours a week back, mostly from not writing notes during calls, not rewatching recordings, and not copying outcomes by hand into other tools. The bigger saving is usually the follow up that no longer gets missed.

Is there a free plan, or only a trial?

Both. The Free plan is free forever and includes 300 minutes of recording a month, summaries, action items, video recording, export and your choice of data region. Paid plans additionally offer a 14 day free trial.

Getting started and the apps

How do I get started?

Create an account with your email or Google account, choose the region where your data should be stored, then record your first meeting or upload one you already have. No credit card is needed for the Free plan.

Which app should I install first?

Start with the desktop app if most of your meetings are online calls, because it gives the best recording quality and captures the screen. Install the mobile app if your meetings happen in person. Use the web app if you have a restriction on installing the desktop app and intend to record meetings from the browser tabs.

Do I need to install anything at all?

No. The web app works in the browser and can both record your screen and read your full meeting library.

Which operating systems are supported?

The desktop app runs on macOS, Windows and Linux. The mobile app is on iOS and Android. The web app runs in any modern browser.

Do I need separate accounts for each app?

No. One account works across desktop, mobile and web, and every recording lands in the same library no matter which device made it.

Is there a browser extension?

No, and none is needed. Screen and system audio capture is handled by the web app and the desktop app directly.

How long does processing take after a meeting?

Processing starts as soon as the recording ends and normally takes a few minutes, scaling with the length of the meeting. You get an email when the summary is ready, and the meeting page appears in your dashboard.

Recording online meetings

Which meeting platforms are supported?

All of them. Digiotouch AI captures from your own device, so Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, Slack huddles and any browser based call are all recorded the same way, with no intermediary app and no dependency on the platform's own recording feature.

Do I have to let a bot into my meeting?

Only if you want one. The desktop app and the web app record in the background with nothing added to the participant list. If you would rather be hands free, the assistant can join scheduled calls as a named participant instead. Both routes produce the same transcript, summary and action items.

How do I record a Google Meet call?

Three ways, all in your account. Connect your calendar or paste the meeting URL and the assistant joins and records on its own. Or capture your screen from the web app. Or use the desktop app, which records in the background. Google's own recorder is limited to the host or a same organisation co-host, while Digiotouch AI works whatever your role in the call.

Will other people see that I am recording?

That depends on the method. If the assistant joins the call, it is visible in the participant list as "Digiotouch AI", exactly like any other attendee. If you use screen capture from the web or desktop app, nothing appears in the meeting. Either way you should tell participants you are recording.

Do I need Teams Premium, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or a Zoom paid add on?

No. Because capture happens on your own device, Digiotouch AI does not depend on the host enabling recording or on any licence from the meeting platform. If you can join the meeting, Digiotouch AI can record, transcribe and summarise it.

Can I record a meeting I am not hosting?

Yes, subject to the consent rules where you are. There is no host permission or organiser role required.

Can I record calls automatically from my calendar?

Yes. Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook and the assistant can join upcoming meetings on time. Automatic joining is opt in and set per meeting, so nothing records itself unless you turn it on.

Is there a limit on how long one meeting can be?

Sessions of up to 4 hours are supported on every plan, including Free. There is no separate per meeting cap beyond your monthly minutes.

Does it record video, or only audio?

Video and audio, on every plan including Free. The desktop app also keeps a copy of the recording on your own computer, so you can rewatch it or send it to someone who missed the call.

In-person meetings, mobile and uploads

Can Digiotouch AI record in-person meetings?

Yes. The mobile app is built for exactly that: it records through your phone's microphone, on device, with transcription in 130+ languages. Most AI notetakers are bots that join a video call and simply cannot attend a meeting in a room.

What happens if I lose signal during an in-person recording?

Nothing is lost. The mobile app records directly to the phone, so the audio file stays local and recoverable regardless of Wi-Fi or mobile coverage, and uploads when you are back online.

How does it tell people apart in a room with no video tiles?

Have participants say their name at the start of the recording. Digiotouch AI combines voice activity with that introduction to separate and label speakers, without needing per person logins or camera feeds.

Can I upload recordings made somewhere else?

Yes. Upload an audio or video file, or paste a link to one, and it goes through exactly the same multimodal pipeline as a live recording, producing a summary, action items, transcript, chapters and conclusion. Imports are unlimited on every plan, within your storage and monthly minute limits.

Which file formats can I upload?

MP4, WebM, MP3, WAV, MPEG and M4A.

Why can I not record from my phone's browser?

Mobile browsers do not allow screen recording with audio. That is a browser restriction rather than a product limitation. Use the Digiotouch AI mobile app, or a desktop browser or the desktop app.

What you get after a meeting

What does a finished meeting page contain?

A structured summary, action items with owners and due dates, chaptered playback, and the full transcript. From Professional you also get key decisions, outcomes and open items. Everything is searchable, and the video stays available to rewatch.

Does the summary include what was on the slides?

Yes. Screen shares are recorded and the visual frames feed the AI together with the audio and transcript, so figures, charts and diagrams that were shown but never spoken still make it into the summary, the action items and the chapters.

Can I ask the AI what a slide showed weeks later?

Yes. The assistant can answer questions about content that appeared on screen, for example what a chart showed or which number was on a particular slide, instead of you rewatching the recording.

What exactly is in the transcript?

The full conversation, split by speaker and timestamped, so you can jump from any line straight to that moment in the recording. The transcript is available from the Essential plan, while the Free plan gives you summaries and action items.

Can I change how summaries are written?

Yes, in two ways. Recipes let you define the structure you want for a given meeting type. "View as" reframes an existing summary for a different audience, so the same meeting reads as a client update or an engineering handover. Essential includes 5 of each per month, Professional 10.

Can it analyse several meetings at once?

Yes. Multi meeting reports pull recurring themes, risks and commitments out of a set of meetings, 5 a month on Essential and 10 on Professional. An optional weekly digest summarises your week and lands in your inbox on Monday.

Can I search across all my past meetings?

Yes. Every recording becomes structured, searchable text, so your meetings behave like a knowledge base rather than a folder of video files. You can search transcripts, summaries and action items across the whole library.

Languages and translation

How many languages are supported?

More than 130 for transcription and summarisation, including Estonian, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, French and Japanese.

Do I have to set the meeting language in advance?

No. The language is detected automatically, and there is nothing to configure before you start.

What happens in a meeting where people switch languages?

Digiotouch AI follows the switch mid meeting and keeps transcribing. Multilingual calls do not need to be split or re-run.

Can it translate the meeting live, while it is happening?

Yes, in the desktop app. Live translation is included from Essential (up to 2,000 minutes a month) and Professional (up to 5,000 minutes a month), so everyone can follow the call in their own language.

Can I get the summary in a different language from the meeting?

Yes. Summary translation across 130+ languages is included on every plan, including Free, so a meeting held in Estonian can be read in French.

Accuracy and speakers

How accurate is the transcript on technical meetings?

Accuracy holds up on the parts that usually break: product names, acronyms and proper nouns. In our own benchmark across three technical recordings, Microsoft Teams missed 37 specialist terms in total while Digiotouch AI rendered all of them correctly. That test is described in full in our transcript accuracy article, and you can repeat it on your own recordings during the free trial.

Does it identify who said what?

Yes. Speakers are separated and labelled throughout the transcript and the summary. Because Digiotouch AI works from the video as well as the voice, it handles cases audio only tools struggle with.

Does it work if participants share one microphone in a room?

Yes, provided people introduce themselves at the start. Speaker separation uses voice characteristics rather than per participant audio channels.

What if the AI gets an action item wrong?

Edit it on the meeting page. When the export runs again, the connected tools are updated in place rather than duplicated, so corrections propagate to Jira, Asana or your CRM.

Where do the summaries come from, technically?

A large language model produces the summary and action items from the combined visual, audio and transcript input. Your meeting content is never used to train that model or any other.

The AI assistant and chat

Can I ask questions about a meeting instead of reading it?

Yes. Every meeting has a chat where you can ask what was decided, what a client objected to, what you missed, or what a slide showed. Answers cite the meeting they came from.

How many questions can I ask?

15 a month on Free, 200 on Essential, 2,000 on Professional, unlimited on Enterprise. There is no per meeting limit on any plan.

Does the assistant work on the Free plan without the transcript?

Yes. On Free it answers from the summary, the action items and the recorded visual content, which covers most practical questions. Answers grounded in the exact wording of the conversation need the transcript, which starts at Essential.

Can it answer across several meetings at once?

Multi meeting analysis is handled by reports, available on Essential and Professional. Chat is scoped to one meeting at a time today.

Integrations, workflows and sharing

Which tools does Digiotouch AI connect to?

More than 30 integrations across eight categories: calendars (Google, Outlook), communication (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord), project management (Jira, Asana, Notion, Confluence, Trello, ClickUp, Monday, Scoro), CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Freshsales, Attio, Apollo, Clay), customer support (Zendesk), storage (Google Docs, SharePoint, Dropbox, Box), email (Gmail, Outlook) and AI models (Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral).

What is a workflow?

A workflow is a rule you set once per meeting type that decides what gets sent where. A client call can push the summary to your CRM, the action items to Jira and a recap to Slack, automatically, with no copy and paste. Free includes 1 workflow with 1 destination, Essential 5 workflows with up to 10 destinations, Professional 15 workflows with unlimited destinations.

Does connecting a tool immediately start sending my meetings there?

No. Connecting authorises access, nothing more. Delivery only happens once you build a workflow that names that destination, so there is no accidental export.

What does an exported task actually look like?

One task per action item, carrying the text, the meeting context as the description, the assignee mapped from the owner's name, the due date when one was captured, and a clickable link back to the meeting. If you edit the action item later and the export re-runs, the same task is updated in place rather than duplicated.

Can Digiotouch AI change or delete things in my other tools?

No. Exports are one directional and scope limited. Digiotouch AI creates and updates only the items it originated from your meetings, and it never reads, modifies or deletes anything it did not create. In Notion, for example, you pick exactly which pages it can reach during the authorisation flow, and it cannot touch anything outside that selection.

Can I send meeting notes to our wiki or document store?

Yes. Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, Google Docs, Dropbox and Box are all supported destinations, and you point them at the space, database or folder your team already uses. Each page carries the summary, decisions, action items with owners, chapters and full transcript, plus a back link to the meeting.

What formats can I export to?

PDF and Microsoft Word on every plan, including Free. Enterprise adds API access and custom formats.

How do I share a meeting with a colleague?

Share the meeting page with named people or via a link. Shared meetings appear in their "Shared with me" list.

How do I share with a client or someone outside my company?

Export the summary as a PDF and send that. Share links are restricted to Digiotouch AI users, so a PDF is the right format for clients, partners and external recipients.

Is there a Zapier connector or an API?

Zapier is supported for routing meeting data into tools without a native connector. Direct API access is part of the Enterprise plan.

Can I use our own LLM key?

On Enterprise, yes. Bring your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Mistral key so inference runs under your own account and contract.

Privacy, security and compliance

Where is my data stored?

In the region you choose when you sign up: the European Union, the United States, India or Japan. EU data is hosted in Belgium, with France available as well. The point is that residency is a region you select, not a default location imposed on you.

Is EU data residency a paid feature?

No. EU users' data is stored in the EU from the Free plan, at no extra cost. This is a real difference: comparable tools reserve EU storage for enterprise tiers costing hundreds of euros per seat per year, and some still process the data in the US even then.

Do you use my meetings to train AI models?

No. Digiotouch AI uses a language model to produce your summary and action items, but your recordings, transcripts and summaries are never used to train models, ours or anyone else's, on any plan. There is no opt out to remember, because there is nothing to opt out of.

Is Digiotouch AI GDPR compliant?

Yes, and it is built that way rather than retrofitted: the company is European, and the EU region keeps your meeting data inside Europe. We also support CCPA in the United States and DPDPA in India. A Data Processing Agreement is available.

Who is the data controller under GDPR?

You are. You decide the purpose and the legal basis for recording, and you inform participants. Digiotouch AI acts as your processor, governed by the data processing agreement.

Is it legal to record a meeting?

It depends on where you are, and you are responsible for recording lawfully. The rule that holds nearly everywhere: tell participants before you start, say why you are recording and how long you will keep it, and let anyone object. In France, for instance, recording private or confidential speech without consent is a criminal offence under article 226-1 of the penal code. Online and in-person meetings carry the same obligations. Our guide to recording and consent covers this in detail.

Could Digiotouch AI record me without my knowing?

No. You trigger the capture, and a consent reminder stays visible for the entire recording. Calendar based automatic recording exists, but it is an option you switch on yourself, and by default nothing records on its own.

How long do you keep my recordings?

For as long as you want them. There is no automatic expiry, and no hidden archive. You delete a recording when you are done with it, and deletion is permanent: the video, transcript and summary are erased from storage and from our databases. Enterprise customers can define a retention policy and apply legal hold.

Can I keep nothing at all?

Yes, and some regulated teams work this way. Route everything you need to your own tools with a workflow, then delete the meeting from Digiotouch AI entirely. You keep the outcomes in your systems and we keep nothing.

Is my data encrypted?

Yes, in transit and at rest. Credentials for your connected tools are stored encrypted and are never shown back to your browser, and each integration is limited to the specific actions you authorise.

Can I delete my account and take my data with me?

Yes. Export your meetings as PDF or Word, or push them to your own storage, then delete your account from your settings. Deletion removes your recordings and personal data permanently.

What security controls does Enterprise add?

Single sign-on and SAML with automated user provisioning, audit logs and access history, admin roles across a shared workspace, custom retention with legal hold, residency in your own region, and on-premise or private cloud deployment.

Plans, limits and billing

What is included in the Free plan?

300 minutes of recording a month, 5 GB of lifetime storage, video and audio recording, summaries and action items on every meeting, summary translation across 130+ languages, 15 assistant questions a month, one workflow with one export destination, PDF and Word export, all three apps, your choice of data region, and email support with a 72 hour response. It does not expire.

How is Free different from the paid plans?

Free gives you summaries and action items. The full transcript, chapters and search across the whole conversation start at Essential, along with live translation, summary customisation, multi meeting reports, more assistant questions and more export destinations.

What does each paid plan include?

Essential: 3,000 minutes a month, 25 GB storage, full transcripts and key topics, 200 assistant messages, 5 workflows with up to 10 destinations, 5 reports a month plus the weekly digest, 5 recipes and 5 reframes, 2,000 minutes of live translation, email and WhatsApp support within 48 hours. Professional: 6,000 minutes, 100 GB, decisions and open items on top of transcripts, 2,000 assistant messages, 15 workflows with unlimited destinations, 10 reports a month, 10 recipes and reframes, 5,000 minutes of live translation, priority support within 24 hours. Enterprise: capacity pooled across all seats, custom retention with legal hold, single sign-on, audit logs, admin roles, your own residency or on-premise deployment, bring your own LLM key, a named customer success manager, one hour response and a 99.9 percent uptime SLA.

How much does it cost?

Plans are priced per user per month, with a discount for annual billing, and prices are displayed in your local currency. Current pricing is on the pricing page.

Is there a free trial of the paid plans?

Yes, 14 days on Essential and Professional. A payment method is required to start the trial, and you can cancel before it ends.

What happens when I run out of minutes?

New recordings will not start once the monthly allowance is used up, and the allowance resets on your billing date. Uploading and reprocessing existing meetings draws on the same pool.

What happens when I run out of storage?

Storage is cumulative rather than monthly, so you free it by deleting recordings you no longer need, or you move up a plan. Deleting a recording returns its storage immediately.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, at any time from your subscription settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, cancellation leaves you access until the end of the period you have paid for, and there is a short grace period after a downgrade so nothing disappears from under you.

How does billing work for a team?

Per user per month. Professional covers teams of up to 10 users, and beyond that you can talk to sales. Enterprise adds a shared workspace with admin roles, centralised billing, annual invoicing and procurement support.

How do I get support?

Email within 72 hours on Free, email and WhatsApp within 48 hours on Essential, priority response within 24 hours on Professional, and a named customer success manager with a one hour response on Enterprise.
