Overview
Voice memo on the iOS app gives you 60 seconds to talk through what just happened. It uploads on its own, and comes back with a title, a summary you can drop into a CRM, a searchable transcript, and action items that name who owes what and by when.
Step by step
- Open the iOS app and tap record, then choose voice memo.
- Hit start and say what is on your mind — up to 60 seconds, and you can pause or stop whenever you are done.
- The memo uploads automatically, with a short breathing exercise while it processes.
- Back on the dashboard it already has a title and description, and you can tag it for filtering later.
- Open it for action items with owners and deadlines, the summary, and a transcription you can copy, edit or search.

Ever wish you could just talk through a meeting and have everything captured for you? That's exactly what Digiotouch does.
So, here's the dashboard. First time in, it's nice and clean. You've got two options: record an in-person meeting right now, or upload one you already have saved. Let's tap record.
You can do a full in-person recording for longer meetings, or grab a quick voice memo — perfect for those little notes to yourself after a call. We'll go with a voice memo. Just hit start, say what's on your mind, and you've got up to 60 seconds. You can pause or stop whenever you're done.
Once you stop, it uploads automatically. And while it's processing, there's actually a little breathing exercise here, which is a nice touch. Don't we always forget to relax? So, take a second. And just like that, done. Your recording is ready.
Let's head to the dashboard and see what we've got. Here it is. The app already gave it a title, "L'Oréal Pilot Discussion", and a short description, all generated automatically from what you said. You can also tag it for easy filtering later.
Tap into it and you get the full detail view. Under video/audio, you can play back your original recording anytime. But you can also flip to action items, and the app has already pulled out the key takeaways: who needs to do what, and by when. In this case, it caught that we need to send Sophia at L'Oréal the enterprise case study, and book a follow-up demo before next Tuesday.
The summary tab gives you a clean overview of the whole conversation, the key points neatly organized. Great for sharing with your team, or dropping into a CRM.
And finally, the full transcription. Every word right there. You can copy, edit or search through it whenever you need to go back and check the details.
