2. Record A Meeting Live

Let's see how Digiotouch handles a real in-person meeting. We'll tap "record new meeting" to get started.

You've got two options here. Voice memo is great for quick notes to yourself, but for a full meeting we want in-person recording. This one's designed for sitting your phone on the table and capturing the whole conversation through the microphone.

And we're live. The app is recording everything through the phone's microphone. In a real setting, you just leave your phone on the table and let it run.

Now, here's a handy feature: you can pause the recording. Maybe you need to take a break, grab a coffee, or step out for a private conversation. Just hit pause and it stops capturing until you're ready to go again. And when you're back, just tap play to resume — the app picks up right where you left off, and it all stitches together into one continuous recording.

Once you're done, hit stop. The file uploads and starts processing. And again, you get that nice little breathing exercise while you wait. Done. Your recording is ready.

Let's head over to the dashboard. Just like that, the app has analyzed everything. It's already generated a title — "Meeting on Real Estate Agent Solution" — and a description, all from the audio. You can also see the speaker avatars showing who was in the conversation.

Tapping in, we get the full breakdown. Under action items, Digiotouch picked up that Hannah needs to send the meeting update and link to the real estate agency so they can see the full scope of the app.

The transcription tab has every word labeled by speaker. Even though this was recorded through the phone's microphone in an in-person setting, the transcription came through clearly.

Chapterization breaks the meeting into sections. Here, it picked up the introduction, the meeting purpose, and that the meeting was paused to continue later. The conclusion wraps it all up in one paragraph, perfect for a quick debrief or sharing with someone who missed the meeting. And the summary gives you the key points at a glance: what the meeting was about, what the app aims to do, and the next steps.

Back on action items, you can see the full detail — who, what and when. Everything you need to follow up without digging through notes.

And of course, the original audio is right here under video/audio. You can play back the full recording anytime. In this case, about a minute and 13 seconds of captured conversation.
