6. Organize Recordings With Folders & Tags
Eight tag colours, plus folders, straight from the meeting card.
Pro tip
Eight colours is few enough to memorise — map them to your clients or projects once and keep the mapping.
Overview
Tags and folders both live on the meeting card itself on iOS. Tags come in eight colours and can be added or removed in a couple of taps; folders file the meeting under a project or client. A meeting keeps its tags inside a folder, so either route finds it again.
Step by step
- Open a meeting card on the dashboard; any tags it already carries are shown on it.
- Tap add tag, type a name and pick one of the eight colours.
- Remove a tag you no longer need by tapping the X on it.
- Tap the folder icon to file the meeting, or hit create new folder, name it and tap add.
- The meeting keeps its tags inside the folder, so you can find it by either.

Now let's talk about keeping your meetings organized. You can see this one already has a couple of tags, AI and video.
Want to add another one? Just tap "add tag", type in a name, and pick a color. There are eight colors to choose from, so you can color-code however you like. And there it is — we've added a demo tag in pink. Nice and visible, easy to spot at a glance.
Don't need a tag anymore? Just tap the X to remove it. Here we're cleaning things up, removing video, then demo, leaving just AI.
Next up, folders. Tap the folder icon on the card and you can file this meeting into a folder. If you don't have one yet, just hit "create new folder". Give it a name — we'll call this one demo — and tap add. That's it. Now the meeting lives in the demo folder with its AI tag.
Between tags and folders, you can organize everything exactly the way you want.
